We are pleased to announce that we have joined up with Carbon Zero to provide our valued customers the option of making partial payments rather than full payments at the time of purchase. To use this service, kindly follow the steps below:

Step 1 (Send purchase request).

  • Click here to fill out the purchase request form
  • If you have a Carbon account, enter your Carbon account number or BVN.
  • Click + Add and choose ‘POWER SOLUTION MALL’ from the list of stores.
  • Choose the item you wish to purchase
  • Choose your Location and if your location is not mentioned, leave the field empty.
  • Give the information about the account where the majority of your income is deposited.
  • Enter your email address and click the Submit button.
  • After receiving your request, the Carbon Zero team would analyze it and get back to you with a decision in 30 minutes. They might call you for more information.

Step 2 (Fund Carbon Zero account):

  • Once your application has been approved, The Carbon app can be downloaded by clicking the link in the email you receive and which will also include information about your payment plan.
  • Open a carbon account and finish the KYC procedure to quickly advance to Level 2.
  • Watch this video if you need help advancing to Level 2
  • Add the required down payment (25%) and the management charge (described in the acceptance email) to your newly formed Carbon account.
  • After your money has been confirmed, you will receive an email, and if you want the item shipped, we will call you to discuss the delivery costs. By picking up your goods in person at POWER SOLUTION MALL Store, you can avoid paying the delivery fees.
